Phase 1. Needs Assessment: We will meet with your company's personnel

will have one need for ACT! and another other needs. We can help evaluate
those needs and recommend the best solution for implementing your ACT!
integration, giving you a "clear definition of what information is used
and how it is used at different levels in your company".
Phase 2: Cost Analysis: Now that we have established your
needs, it is important to know and evaluate the cost of your project.
The cost can encompass new hardware, software and personnel training. Hogan
Data can provide cost effective solutions for your acquisition of required
items including the ACT! site license(s).
Phase 3. Development: Your identity is valuable . . . your time is valuable . . .
Hogan Data will customize your ACT! business solutions look and feel, and more importantly,
functionality while focusing on ease of use for the various levels of expertise of your personnel.
The layout of your screens in ACT! is important for efficiency and maintaining your data . . .

Phase 5. Installation & Implementation: We will work side by
side with your IT professional(s) to efficiently install and implement
