Success . . . .the ultimate goal of planning. To help you reach your goal, Hogan Data has an outline that will facilitate and compliment your objectives. You have already accessed your needs based on your criteria and business plans . . . the next step . . . inviting Hogan Data's expertise.

Phase 1. Needs Assessment: We will meet with your company's personnel and departments that will be implementing ACT!. In some instances a department will have one need for ACT! and another other needs. We can help evaluate those needs and recommend the best solution for implementing your ACT! integration, giving you a "clear definition of what information is used and how it is used at different levels in your company".

Phase 2: Cost Analysis: Now that we have established your needs, it is important to know and evaluate the cost of your project. The cost can encompass new hardware, software and personnel training. Hogan Data can provide cost effective solutions for your acquisition of required items including the ACT! site license(s).

Phase 3. Development: Your identity is valuable . . . your time is valuable . . . Hogan Data will customize your ACT! business solutions look and feel, and more importantly, functionality while focusing on ease of use for the various levels of expertise of your personnel. The layout of your screens in ACT! is important for efficiency and maintaining your data . . . thus providing a better means for managing your information.

Phase 4. Review: It is very important that a review at this stage takes place. You now have more of a visual and hands on look and feel of the project. After carefully reviewing the work performed, satisfaction is imperative and tweaking your the project can enhance your capabilities. This includes:

Phase 5. Installation & Implementation: We will work side by side with your IT professional(s) to efficiently install and implement the project. We will be on-site to test the necessary aspects of the project to insure it's stability.

Phase 6. Training: It is essential for your personnel to easily use ACT! and all of its components. We will train your personnel and administrators.
