QuoteWerks Subscription & Maintenance
Subscription is purchased at the begining of use and expires after 1 year. You then have an option to renew the subscription allowing the continued use of the software.
Software sold by subscription
Customers that have purchased the Upgrade Maintenance Program (UMP) will receive the current release of QuoteWerks, and all updates and upgrades released during the 12 month UMP period. The UMP is only offered in 12 month periods. Customers are not required to purchase the UMP. However, if customers wish to receive updates that are released, they would need to purchase the UMP at that time.
UMP does not include Phone Support.
